Destiny

People say that you do not have control over 10% of the things that happen in your life. And the rest 90% just happens due to the way we react to that 10% of things that happened.

Why those 10% of things had ever happened?
Ever wondered why that should happen just to you and not anyone else?

It is true that you do not have any control over the below mentioned

We do not have an option to choose our parents
Our hair, skin and eye color
Even any handicap that we are born with

The more we start thinking about it – the more we start believing in destiny.

If destiny happens to control our lives then why take all the pain of pouring in our efforts?

When things turn sour the rational mind happens to say “Keep going. Life has to go on”
But poor soul doesn’t seem to listen.

When things just don’t happen the way we wanted to all those negative thoughts creeps in.

If one succeeds to convert all these stupid thoughts to positive energy – he who steers mind, body and soul in one direction – he beats destiny. At least he has the belief that he would beat destiny.

I do not know if these are true – but I was always bound by these principles.

But nothing, nothing at all, seems to happen the way I wanted to.
And the last few days the Satan in me is on Spree – for once I may let him free.

No I may not and I don’t want to. That is why am here trying something that I never attempted to – leaving my footprints in the blog-world.

Iam signing off with hope that he would not come out.
